"The hotel staff were nice but very inexperienced. They have NOT been given good systems and instructions to work with. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris). "This property is amazing! The view from the balcony across to the Etang de Thau makes you stop and sit awhile. All the rooms were clean and tidy and have everything you need. Swimming pool is a fantastic size and has all the chairs, loungers and toys you would need to spend quality family time here. Doriane was the best property support we’ve had, great communication and really responsive when we couldn’t make the air conditioning work! The location of this property is the best we’ve found, less than 20 mins to Beziers airport, 8 mins to the beautiful beach at Marseillan Plage, 30 mins to Beziers, Pezenas and Sete, the best location. There are many restaurants to walk out to within ten mins, local market and definitely try the Marine bar! "
