Lovely House in a great location

We had a great time, the house had all we needed and the location is great - just a short bike ride to some lovely beaches (there's a closer one if you don't mind the rocks). Only a 10 minute cycle ride into the town which has some excellent restaturants - Not too crowded, lots of birdlife an altogether very enjoyable and relaxing stay

Vacances parfaites

Reposant et gourmand séjour sur l’île. La maison est au calme et parfaitement située pour nos longues promenades sur les plages très proches, bien entretenue et dans un joli endroit. Nous remercions Nelly qui est tres organisée et très attentive à ses hôtes .

Accueil très amical de M. et Mme Lebeau. Location tout à fait conforme à ce que nous attendions. Situation géographique à 2 km du centre de Noirmoutier en île et rapidement accessible grâce aux vélo compris dans la location.

Tres belle résidence de vacances !

Nous étions sept Adultes septuagénaires ! Nous avons appréciés : le confort ( literie ) , les 2 Salles de bains et toilettes, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle ! L'extérieur avec sa terrasse le store pour les repas , les transats pour bronzer ou à l'ombre sous les pins ..... les vélos pour aller au centre ville... Tout pour d'agréables vacances Les propriétaires sont à nos petits soins ! bienveillants , et près à intervenir . Bravo ! Mr et Mme Lebeau nous recommandons cette location

Magnifique maison aux prestations soignées

Tout est parfaitement conforme à la description, aucune mauvaise surprise. La maison est spacieuse, agréable à vivre, bien équipée. La plage est à quelques pas et le centre ville à une demi-heure par une jolie promenade le long des marais. Et en plus, les propriétaires sont accueillants, charmants, serviables.

Excellent séjour

Une très belle maison spacieuse, au calme ,bien équipée.Les vélos mis à disposition sont un vrai plus pour partir à la découverte de l’Ile. Maison très bien située, proche de la plage. Très bon accueil. Tout était parfait , nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !

Agréable séjour!

Très belle maison, très bien placée, on peut aller à pied à la mer et se déplacer grâce aux vélos mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Il y a également un beau jardin, bien ombragé et fermé, idéal pour les enfants.

Perfect home for a family holiday.

An amazing house for a family holiday. Lots of space inside and out. Use of bicycles an added bonus. Breakfast in sunshine at front of house in morning and dinner in sunshine in evening at back. Owners Nelly and Roland met us on arrival and were in touch to make sure everything was okay during our stay for the month. All was perfect.

Villa très agréable, moderne et propre. Proche de la plage mais un peu éloignée des commerces.

Les hôtes ont été réactifs à la moindre demande, l’endroit est dans une résidence calme la plupart du temps, et la maison offre tout le confort voulu. Pour les points à noter, je mentionnerai juste un lave linge qui est tombé en panne (ça peut arriver), et des voisins vacanciers un peu bruyants (pas de chance non plus). Je recommande pour un séjour en famille au calme.

Magnifiques vacances dans un cadre très agrable!

Nous étions vraiment agréablement surpris par la gentillesse des propriétaires, l'état général de la location (propreté impeccable, équipement complet, vaste jardin au vert et au calme) ainsi que la situation calme et sécurisée. L'accueil était des plus sympas, et notre petite fille d'un an et demi a apprécié les petits jouets de plage. La plage est à moins de 5 min à pied, et à vélo on est au centre-ville en moins de 10 min. Il y a même un petit sentier à travers les marais pour s'y rendre. Le bois de la Chaise est également à moins de 10 min à vélo. Le voisinage est aussi très sympathique. Je recommanderais ce logement particulièrement aux familles avec enfants. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse exceptionnelle!
