Beach apartment with stunning views

Beautiful one bedroom apartment with sea views, located in the town of Noja, in the region of Trasmiera.

It is in front of the Ris beach and the golf course Villlva de Noja just three minutes walk.

It is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway to this idyllic place.



The accommodation has a living-dining room with incredible sea views and integrated kitchen in the same open space, with the equipment you need for a wonderful stay. There is a bedroom facing the sea with a double bed.

The bathroom is complete and has a shower.



The accommodation has a closed parking space in the building next door (number 44).

You can reach Bilbao in about 50 minutes by car and only 25 minutes to Santander, it is certainly a strategic location to visit this beautiful part of Cantabria. In low season you can breathe peace and tranquility while in summer the village is more lively.

Next to the apartment there is a sports center and several restaurants.

Sehr angenehm gestaltetes, behagliches Apartment mit fantastischem Blick auf's Meer! Da wir Ende April dort waren, war fast der gesamte, eigentlich durch Ferienwohnungen aufgeblähte Ort noch im Winterschlaf, was wir sehr genossen haben. Unten im Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant und eine Taverne, welche aber saisonal meist geschlossen waren, es dadurch nicht zu Lärmbelästigungen kam. Wir kämen sehr gerne wieder!

Vistas espectaculares a la playa de Ris

Un acierto pleno. Lo mejor: las vistas espectaculares a la playa de Ris desde el salón y el dormitorio. Reformado y decorado con mucho gusto, para sentirte como en casa. La única pega, segundo piso sin ascensor, pero compensada con creces por la ubicación y comodidad del apartamento. La anfitriona, muy amable y atenta. Recomendable cien por cien.
