「We stayed here for two nights and are looking forward to returning. The park staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lot of activities during our stay. They did a pool party and made hotdogs and also had a movie night at the pool. They did rock painting that my daughter enjoyed. The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the beach where we found plenty of shark teeth to take home. Perfect home and we can’t wait to return. 」

「The nicest staff I’ve ever had. Jonas was absolutely the nicest most accommodating Hotel staff person I’ve ever dealt with, and I travel a lot. The room that I had was magnificent. The view of the boats was wonderful. I had a baby owl fly right up on my deck. I will be back.」

「Enjoyed the property & its close location to Nokomis Beach which is an easy walk. Quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc for your use which was appreciated. Easy access to downtown Venice or up to Sarasota. Perfect accommodation for a couple or 2 person stay. We will be back again as the hosts were very helpful & responsive. 」

「a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. 「Out of 500 house we have stayed this was our favorite by far. Not only was it comfortable, cozy and beautiful but the owners are they best they take super good care of the hidden gem in Nokomis and there there for all your needs, it was a please staying here. Didn't half to ask for a thing it was wonderfuly stocked. TY」

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum.
