「We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach. 「Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.」
