The staff was the highlight of our 2 night stay, they were VERY VERY VERY nice, accommodating and helpful, but the hotel is very run down: leaking ceiling in breakfast restaurant, ac in our room wouldn't cool below 30C, door know in bathroom was broken. I suspect we got the spare room they use for staff overnight. The hotel did it's purpose, it was a good overnighter for resting and as base to drive around

Good

Personel is very nice and welcoming. My room was not ready as per time of check-in but I worked downstairs time they prepare it. Room is confortable for business trio as there is a desk office in each one. Room an bathroom are modern. The only issue with the shower is that water goes everywhere in the bathroom when taking shower, even inside the room if you take long shower. My collegue got same issue. Restaurant is fine but nice one also outside.

Hotel che non delude mai il personale dalla reception al ristorante ,alla colazione sempre gentilissimo. Stanze molto pulite e confortevoli .L'unico neo ma davvero il pelo nell'uovo ,i canali della tv non si vedono tutti ed è un peccato in quanto c'e' Sky quindi un costo per la struttura che come scritto prima si vedono solo 3/4 canali

E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura. Rimane sempre un ottimo hotel con personale molto cortese e professionale dalla sala colazioni ,al ristorante e alla reception ,ma non è accettabile proprio per lo standard dell'hotel non avere l'acqua calda la mattina per fare la doccia. Ho dovuto farmela fredda con conseguente forte raffreddore il giorno dopo. Capisco che un problema può capitare ma mi aspetto paradossalmente anche una caramella per l'imprevisto. In altre strutture dove raramente mi è capitato (perchè ripeto può succedere per carità) sono intervenuti con uno sconto o un voucher ma qui non è successo e questo mi dispiace. Peccato ...... La fidelizzazione del cliente oltre agli standar qualitativi che avete è anche questo

Cosa cercate da un hotel nel pieno della calura estiva? Frescura e riposo. Bene. Qui non troverete nessuno dei due. L’impianto di aria condizionata é inefficiente e fa rimanere la temperature anche di una suite junior come la mia stabilmente a 26 gradi e la mattina alle sette un bar indiavolato sottostante trascina inesorabilmente tavolino e sedie per la riapertura svegliandovi di soprassalto e facendovi innervosire per 30-40 minuti. Ho informato più volte lo staff del disagio e lo stesso direttore mi ha rassicurato che avrebbero risolto ma in 5 giorni nulla é cambiato. Al check out ho pagato 10 euro di consumazioni senza ricevere ne scuse ne indennizzo per un servizio mutilato per loro stessa ammissione. La struttura é comoda e ben arredata, ci tornerò in inverno. Da maggio a settembre state alla larga.
