「I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1. On the night of May 31, the air conditioner started leaking water. We called the front desk staff for help, and they advised us to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open. We followed their instructions. However, not long after we went to bed, the air conditioner began to make warning beeping sounds.

「No tea cup and kettle but can request to have immediate response. Appreciate」

「Rooms were very nice and location was excellent! Staff was very professional!」

「everything is good, except the fridge is not cool at all」

「Excellent location and very nice room; the staff is warm and helpful.」

The reason may be that I opened the window due to stuffy air. I asked the staff to change my room. The staff was quite nice. However, there was still some hair on the bed sheet in the new room. In the evening, the bathroom was filled with the smell of cigarette. On the positive side, the hotel is next to an authentic Chinese...
