"Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds"

"We were greeted by a great staff the day of our arrival. What I liked the most that everyone, the staff especially Priscilla, Carlin, Xerxes and everyone else were so humble and kind. It may us feel as part of the family. The staff would go over and beyond to assist us in making our stay at the hotel very comfortable. The outside pool area was great and loved the swim up bar. We had Jose Luis aka El Puma as our pool bartender for one afternoon, he was great to speak with. The coffee shop ladies were so kind and we enjoy our conversation with them as we brought coffee and tea in the morning. This has been one of the best vacation taken and we are glad that we stay at TRYP at Wyndham. Thank you to the general manager, Mr. Sloot for the champagne and rose petals on the bed in our room on the first day of our arrival. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary of 43yrs. We will definately be back next year! "

"You could see the years of experience those people have on treating tourists. They were so friendly and polite, very safe and a lot of variety of food, shops .. what stoked me most was the staff and service at hyatt. when you are asking the staff to tell you were things are, they would not like just tell you but accompany you all way to the right point. Welldone Hyatt Aruba ! Hope to visit you again"
