「We had a great stay. Lovely room. Location is magic right on Hastings Street right in the action of cafes, restaurants and shops and 1 minute to beach. Highly recommend. Great to have car parking on site too! Pool was warm enough to swim in too!! 」

「I booked for two nights, sadly I only made it to one of them, but the night I did spend was amazing! The manager liaised with me over the phone and was so lovely and when I arrived as well. Everything was easy and no trouble which I loved. Super clean, crisp white walls and sheets and nice safe car port. Thankyou for having me, see you next time! 」

「Beautiful place to stay and so conveniently placed amongst shops, restaurants, cafes and beach. Staff were a little cold but other then that a lovely place to stay!」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」

「This is an absolutely amazing resort with everything you wanted and more. We would absolutely stay here again. For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). Overall an amazing experience at such a well cared for property. Truly...
