「From start to finish, there were no issues. Our hosts communicated everything we needed to know. We enjoyed the kayaks and pool table as well as the fire pit. The ducks were a bit of a nuisance, leaving a mess to clean up on the concrete. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion in such a comfortable house, the perfect place to relax.」

「We had a fantastic holiday. Loved the bird life - kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, magpies, bush turkeys. Also rabbits and wallabies. Fantastic view - sunsets and sunrises were anazing. Short drive to Avoca, MacMasters Beach, Kincumber and Terrigal. Short walk to Copacabana Beach (uphill on the way back) and Captain Cook lookout. Enough room for 8 adults and a 3 year old to have their own space. Loved reading on the deck!」

One kitchen light over fridge worked intermittently. No feedback sheet left for us, or I would use it not contact host in public like this. VRBO booking link to host not working. Cleanliness, attention to detail: bathroom bin had no liner bag & had not been emptied from previous guests, nearly full eeeeew, cleaning fee $$ is paid...
