Die Wohnung Landblick 3 hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Eine bessere Bewertung verhindern die leichten Verschleißerscheinungen beispielsweise an den Möbeln und der Staubsauger roch nach Hundehaaren. Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung nicht ganz ideal und die Parkraumgestaltung etwas eng bemessen. Positiv fällt die sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung ins Gewicht, die guten Betten und die großzügigen Platzverhältnisse. Die Buchung und der Kontakt zum Vermieter wahr problemlos.Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Top Fewo, bei der es an nichts fehlt!

Perfekt ausgestattete moderne Fewo. Check-in und -out einfach und komplikationslos. Restaurants, Supermarkt und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Lediglich die Parkplätze der Fewos sind sehr eng bemessen. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten im oberen Bad (Kosmetikeimer oder eine Ablage für Kleidung) aber alles in allem kann man sich nur wohlfühlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen "Effekten"

Sehr schön. Allerdings ist die Norddeicher Str. befahrener als gedacht. Aber zum Strand kommt man super via den Strandpadd (ca 15-20min), Supermarkt und Bäcker quasi vor der Tür... Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und sauber - wir waren begeistert. Nur manche Türen lassen sich zB nicht ordentlich (oder in die falsche Richtung) öffen, aber man gewöhnt sich daran... Empfehlenswert..

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Gemütlich und freundlich. Wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist, die ohnehin bewegt werden wollen, stört auch die etwas größere Entfernung zur Strandpromenade nicht.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen nötig ist. Die Betten in den 3 Schlafzimmern sind sehr gut. Zu bedenken ist allerdings, dass es durchgehende Matratzen sind und man auf jeden Fall ein übergroßes Bettlaken mitbringen sollte. Die Badezimmer sind ausreichend groß und kuschelig warm. Vorteilhaft wäre auch eine kleine Barriere zur Treppe im oberen Stockwerk, da zwischen Badezimmertür und Treppenabgang sehr wenig Abstand ist. Für die Ferienwohnung gibt es nur einen Parkplatz! Abschließend können wir die Wohnung Wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Perfekte Wohnung für 2 Familien, Modern und Stylisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, alles da was man so brauch, Betten neu, fest und hoch, Treppe zum oberen SZ eng aber ok, Bäder super, haben uns da sehr heimisch gefühlt. Kommen hier gerne wieder her.
