Sehr gut für Fahrradfahrer weil es eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit , sogar mit Werkzeug und Luftpumpe, gibt. Ich habe außerdem kostenfrei ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Gab auch genug leckere Dinge für Veganer und Vegetarier. Und es gab lecker schwarzen Tee. Die Dusche und das Zimmer waren geräumig und es die Leute sehr nett. Das einzig schlechte war, dass der Tee beim Frühstück nur in Beuteln war - aber das ist evtl. der Hygiene geschuldet und daher hinnehmbar meine ich.

Der Empfang war schon sehr offen und herzlich und dies zog sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt. Zimmer zweckmäßig und sehr sauber, Lage perfekt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Immer wieder sehr gute Wahl.

"Nur" 4 Sterne, weil die "kostenlose" Parksituation einfach nur schlecht ist. In den Zimmern/Appartements waren Wohn- und Schlafzimmer durch eine steile Treppe getrennt - auch nicht gerade einfach.

Sehr niedliches, ruhiges aber zentral gelegenes, Stadthotel. Wif waren zur Hochzeit im Hotel und durften schon eher ins Zimmer um uns umzuziehen. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer (Sylt) war schön groß. Unsere Tochter hat super auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen. Frühstück war auch super.

Leider bekamen wir nicht das gebuchte Appartement im Hotel, sondern eine Ferienwohnung einige Straßen weiter. Der Eingang war über einen schmutzigen Hinterhof vorbei an Mülltonnen, dann durch ein muffiges Treppenhaus. Keines der Zimmer war verdunkelbar - entsprechend schlecht haben wir geschlafen. Außerdem gab es durch die alten Leitungen in dem Haus ein permanentes Klopfgeräusch (auch in der Nacht). Am schlimmsten war die komplette Unprofessionalität der Mitarbeiter: wir haben einen Schlüsselbund mit 6 Schlüsseln in die Hand gedrückt bekommen mit einer vagen Beschreibung, wo die Ferienwohnung ist. Haben es nicht gefunden - sind mit dem Auto versehentlich in die Fußgängerzone gefahren. Wieder zurück zum Hotel: die Mitarbeiterin war nie in der Ferienwohnung - konnte es nicht besser beschreiben. Einen Zettel mit der Wegbesschreibung gab es auch nicht. Haben dann nochmals an mehreren Wohnungstüren die Schlüssel ausprobiert, bis endlich einer passte. Dass man den Polder beim Parkplatz mit einem der vielen Schlüssel öffnen kann, wurde uns auch nicht gesagt. Hier liegt ganz klar ein Führungsproblem vor: das Eigentümer-Paar war in den ganzen 3 Tagen nie zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind komplett auf sich allein gestellt. Sie müssen u.a Rezeption + Frühstücksbuffet gleichermaßen machen. An einem Morgen fehlte das Frischkorn-Müsli. Auf Nachfrage sagte die Mitarbeiterin lapidar: das habe ich gestern vergessen zu machen. Hier fehlt es an Einarbeitung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter!
