Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Allerdings benötigt die Terasse dringend eine Erneuerung. Der Garten müsste auch mal aufgepeppt werden.

Wie erwartet alles in bester Ordnung

Die Buchung über Internet funktionierte ohne Probleme. Dieses Haus haben wir zum 2.Mal gebucht und wie erwartet, war alles in bester Ordnung. Alles picobello sauber und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, das Terrassendach müsste mal erneuert werden. Es ist total verschmutzt und zu kurz. Bei Regen wird die ganze Terrasse nass. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Dieses Haus können wir empfehlen.

Das Haus hatten wir nun zum vierten Mal gemietet. In den letzten Jahren hat sich viel getan. Toll in Schuss. Immer wieder wurde renoviert u verbessert . Endlich gibt es wlan. Einziges Manko is das kleine Bad. Das dürfte gerne mal renoviert werden aber da is nicht viel Spielraum vom platz her. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und klar findet man immer etwas das einen stört aber die Vorteile überwiegen sehr. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall ein fünftes Mal.

Geschmackvolles, gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die geschützte Terrasse. Die Lage direkt am Kurpark ist optimal. Der Service ist freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Tolle Lage!

Das Ferienhaus sieht ehrlich gesagt von Außen nicht so einladend aus. Aber es liegt nicht weit vom Strand und den Läden/Restaurants entfernt. Beim Betreten roch es etwas muffig und feucht, war aber sehr sauber. Es wurde wohl vor kurzem renoviert, uns gefiel die Einrichtung und die verwendeten Farben. Das Ferienhaus (besonders die Küche) ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur das Bad ist sehr klein und es gibt keinen Essbereich für mehr als 3 Personen. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar und sonnig.

Schönes großzügiges Haus. Die lage war perfekt für uns. Schöner großer Garten, lediglich die Plastiktüte fanden bei uns kein Einklang, das ist aber Geschmackssache. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben diese Wohnung bereits dreimal gebucht und waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Problem ist die nicht ausreichende Sauberkeit. Der Geschirrspüler war bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht ausgeräumt. Beim sauberen Geschirr im Schrank befand sich ein Teller mit großflächig eingetrockneter Tomatensoße. Das Radio in der Küche kann man entfernen. Ein Eierkocher und ein DVD -Player wären wünschenswert.

Albatrossstr.33 in Norddeich

Bin wie immer mit der Unterkunft zufrieden weil wir sie nicht das erste mal gebucht haben. Die Matratzen sind nicht mehr die besten hatte jeden morgen starke Rückenschwerzen. Sehr lästig ist das laute Brummen/Geräuch wenn die Wasserleitung aufgedreht wurde. Wenn in der Nacht jemand auf der Toilette Toilette war und sich die Hände gewaschen hat wurde man automatisch wach. Aber ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Familie Breuer/Jansen/Dreßen
