「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「Lovely stay with some friends with a gorgeous view. However I will say the deck railing should be mentioned if you are bringing a toddler. It’s quite wide and my little guy could easily fit through it which made it hard to enjoy the outside space. Great location!」

「This home was perfect for our family retreat with two couples. It would have been equally comfortable with a third couple with the three bedroom/three bath layout. It was exactly as we had hoped being located lakeside with a gas barbecue, chairs and a firepit. 「It was clean but needed an area for food storage. A cabinet in the dining room would be great for food!! The hot rub didn't work, which was irritating, as it was not working prior to our arrival. There was no wood in the woods storage area. We got our own, but would have been nice. The parking was ample for our 2 vehicles. It was easy to get around, area was quiet. I would recommend to others for a reasonable get away!」
