This holiday apartment near the beach is located on the raised ground floor. A large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pond, and is furnished with four balcony chairs and a glass table, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea.

The spacious living/sleeping area features a wall unit with two electrically operated fold-down beds (50cm high) and a wardrobe. The living area includes a solid beech dining table with high-quality leather chairs, a comfortable armchair, and a sofa. A 50-inch TV with Netflix is also provided.

The bedroom has box-spring beds (50cm high), a wardrobe with a mirror, and a second TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom features a 140x90cm walk-in shower with a rain shower head and underfloor heating.

The apartment is allergy-friendly and has hardwood parquet and stoneware tile flooring.
