Sehr schön.Erreichbarkeit Vermieter sehr gut. Kommunikation mit Vermieter nicht so angenehm. Schade, bei so einer hochwertigen, geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Dabei ist eine gute Konversation wichtiger den je und es macht das Leben so viel angenehmer.

Zentrale Lage zum Strand und Städtchen, trotzdem ruhig!

Die Wohnung macht einen sehr guten und geschmackvollen Eindruck! Die Badezimmer sowie alle anderen Räume sehr sauber! Die Küche gut ausgestattet! Allerdings waren zwei Doppelzimmer sehr gut ausgestattet mit Schrank, Kommode und Nachttiscchen.Das eine Doppelzimmer hatte zwar einen Kleiderschrank,aber keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.Das andere Zimmer mit 2 Betten hatte weder Ablagemöglichkeiten noch einen Schrank , eine Steckdose war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden!Für eine Gruppe von 8 Personen nicht gerade gut gelöst!Trotzdem haben wir uns arrangiert und das Wohn- und Esszimmer sehr großzügig, was wir sehr genossen haben!Allerdings war die Terrasse durch einen Flechtzaun, der wohl umgestürzt war, nicht so attraktiv!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einigen Macken.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt prima, auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Check-In und -Out unproblematisch. Allerdings schleifen 1 Badezimmertür und 1 Schlafzimmertür so sehr über den Boden, dass dadurch alle anderen wach werden. Zudem war die Glaskaraffe der Kaffeemaschine gebrochen, was jeder bei einer Reinigung der Küche hätte erkennen können. Mussten daher selber für Ersatz sorgen, vom Vermieter keine Entschuldigung oder eigenes Engagement. Kosten für Ersatz will der Vermieter noch erstatten. Insgesamt trüben diese Mängel den Gesamteindruck der doch sehr teuren Wohnung etwas. Schade.

-Tür von einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad waren nicht vollständig zu öffnen/ verkanten - sowohl Handtücher und Bettwäsche (Flecken) sowie Badezimmer Fliesen waren schmutzig (Haare/Urin/Kot) - Schubladen in einem Schlafzimmer ließen sich nicht schließen. - Sky ist in der Anzeige beworben worden, war aber in der Wohnung nicht zu empfangen + Wohnung geräumig + Terrasse sonnig + Lage ruhig aber zentral + Waschmaschine und Trockner zur freien Verfügung

Leider kein Besen im Abstellraum.

Eigendlich ist die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet. Was uns fehlte war ein 4tes Schlafzimmer ohne Hochbetten da wir für 8 Erwachsene Personen gebucht haben. Es war das 4te Zimmer für kinder mit Hochmatratzen ausgestattet und wir sind im alter 60 + . Und wir hätten gen den Boden gefegt aber es war kein Besen vorhanden. Dann ist von einem Sessel die Rolle abgewessen das hätte man der Verwaltung durch das Renigungspersonal melden müssen. Gruß von Ihren Gästen .

Hallo, Wohnung war noch nicht sauber als wir kamen. Somit konnten wir erst 1,5 std später einziehen. Die Dusche und Waschbecken laufen nicht vernünftig ab. Des Weiteren einige defekte Dinge in der Wohnung. Standort perfekt. An sich eine tolle Wohnung, wenn die kleinen Dinge abgestellt werden. 8 von 10 Sternen.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist super. Alles da was man braucht. Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir uns das Gläschen Sekt schmecken lassen. Ein Minuspunkt waren allerdings die viel zu weichen Matratzen und die warme Zudecke. Auch müsste der wackelige Toilettendeckel und der defekte Kosmetikeimer ausgetauscht werden. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
