“I was taking a shower and the the shower was black with dirt and long black hair, I have short brown hair, I asked the clerk to have my room cleaned and when I came in from work, it still wasn’t cleaned! I asked he clerk and said he was sorry and he would have someone in 10 minutes, again no one showed up! I even took the trash out myself! I paid good money to the hotel and felt I got short changed!
