We enjoyed where we stayed. We were worried after reading the previous reviews. I would only complain about the septic system “fountaining “ up through the front grass and running down the driveway. We did notify Tommy at the end of the stay. It’s a great location. People all around are very friendly.

We enjoyed the amenities of this home; laundry, dishwasher, bbq and cooking appliances. The home itself was clean and comfortable. Window coverings would have been appreciated, as well as lawn maintenance. It would have been nice to sit outside in back yard and play lawn games, but the unkept lawn and weeds were unwelcoming. It was conveniently located to get to the beach and go for walks to the bird observatory.

Wifi was not working, grass not cut, outside table and chairs were a mess had to clean them all. Septic tank overflowing on the front yard. Not responsive owners very disappointing almost cut out vacation short but had friends near by we could stay with

Excellent location!

Excellent location and lots of space inside the cottage and a nice area by the water with a fire pit. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well to ensure a comfortable temperature inside. Close to the Chip Ship and the Old Cut Dairy and Pizza - both were delicious places to eat! A nice walk to the beach, which was very quiet (not too busy). Lots of windows, but no curtains or blinds - not even on the bathroom! Lighting was too bright - no dim lights - and with absolutely no curtains or blinds, not much privacy. Wifi non-existent, so TV was not usable. Water was discoloured and had a strong smell. Insufficient bedding/towels (4 guests and only 3 bath towels (dirty bedding left in closets). Kitchen was not well equipped - cooking utensils were very sparse. No coffee maker. BBQ grill was in bad condition, and no cleaning brush to be found.
