Not a bad motel it’s has plenty of food options and stores. The bed was nice and the wifi was alright. The air conditioning needs more work so does the door. I was able to hear a lot from outside cuz are for was semi cracked opened on the bottom. The area is kinda skeptical I would definitely watch my surroundings. The guy at the front desk was helpful and Nice

The problem that I incounter was my reservation was for 12/26 - 1/2 instead of me checking in on time, i got to the hotel at 9pm with my two children and not able to check in until 4am of the 27th, because of the reservation problem at no time no one offer me a credit of anything and i had to check out a whole day early with no apologies really hurt me as a paying customer and a single father who had to sleep in his car with my children until we was able to check in. I am not happy and feel that i should receive some type of credit back to credit card.

Not So Good Experience
TV remote nor TV didn't work in the first three rooms. Air Condition or Heater Unit was broken. Towels and wash cloths look a dingy colored white.

Need to fire everyone and start over it’s very horrible and all the workers including management need to go . They don’t clean any rooms , don’t fix anything that needs to be fixed , the company they keep on the premises is not a good look , the list can go on and on

First off, be sure to ask about the decal for your car upon checking in because your vehicle will be towed without one. The one who checked me in didn't even bother to ask me about my vehicle or even mention anything about needing a decal and I woke up one morning to find my car "missing." Thankfully, I didn't have to pay to have it pulled out of storage because it was the employees fault for not giving me a decal and was able to get my car. The first room had black mold so I requested another room which I couldn't even open because the latch needs replaced, so I got a 3rd room. The 3rd room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival and had pee stains on the toilet, dirt inside the sink, and pube hair on one of the beds. Not to mention the floor had not been swept or mopped at all and I had to get unusable motel towels so I could clean the room myself as I didn't even want to request another room because I was just plain tired. Overall, the employees are semi approachable and checked to see if everything was alright when an ambulance had to come to take my friend to the hospital because he had multiple seizures that wouldn't stop. After everything, I didn't even stay the full trip. The vibe of the place is questionable at best and given everything that had happened, I simply couldn't even sleep and went to truck stop just so I could get some sleep. Overall, I will not stay here again and wouldn't recommend the place either.

Rooms were just that. No fridge or anywhere to store items. Rooms were semi clean my white socks are now brown. Stayed 3 nights and never had a maid clean or bring towels.
