Clean bedding. Burn marks on counter. paint peeling in bedroom and bathroom. Im tall and the top of the refrigerator was filthy. Screens on front porch were torn. If we hadnt been there with our fa.ily to run Shamrock we would.have left.

Location on beach was great. Had to buy lightbulbs as 2 bedrooms had no light. Beds were sandy, couch was covered in sand and floors. Dishwasher top rack broken, toaster and stove temperamental on working. Taking over 24 hours for a property person to respond. Not a good selection of kitchen items. Tub faucet cold handle loose had to get a screw driver and fix so wouldn’t leak the whole time. I would like a night stay refunded since I had to do so much cleaning. Porch full of sand as well not like pictures, air conditioning filters full of dust- removed and cleaned all since I have an asthmatic son that was with me. Hoping maybe you can make this right. Like I said location was great but not to the cleanliness or repair standard for sure. I have stayed at multiple VRBO without these issues. Thank you.

The property is conveniently located. It’s directly on the beach, although there are dunes that obstruct the beach view. But, the dunes are also beautiful! It’s a very roomy house with lots of space, and little cozy nooks. It’s exactly as advertised. Not a brand new house, has some age related quirks, but it’s clean and not a cookie cutter house which was refreshing to us. Will book again!
