Terrible Experience, Bad Business
Things were not good from the jump. For my job, I drive a lot and work around the country. The night I was supposed to check in I had just driven 13hrs from my previous location, so I was checking into this spot around 3am. The host had sent me the door code to check-in, however it was the wrong code. I was unable to reach the hosts at that time and had to book a hotel even though I had this place booked. The next day, it wasn’t until the afternoon in which the host was finally able to give me the correct code so that I could get into the unit. Because of the mishap, I figured an ethical business would reimburse me for the night that I lost due to their mistake and pay for my hotel, but the building management told me the best the could do is give me $50. In addition to unethical business practices, the heater of the unit had a giant hole ripped in it and was attempted to be put back together with tape causing a lot of the warm air to escape into a closet. The neighbors at this unit were incredibly loud banging, yelling, and moving around furniture at all times of the day sometimes as early as 5am. The hosts only included 2 trashbags for the duration of my 2 week stay. There are no seasonings and limited kitchen supplies so if you plan on cooking expect to have to buy a lot of your own stuff. This was a terrible Vrbo experience and anyone looking to book this place should STAY FAR AWAY!
