The staff was amazing! We were greeted with drinks and snacks on arrival as well as live music and the manager personally greeted us upon checking in and out!

Very clean and high quality room. Check in and out was simple, and a room upgrade was inexpensive. The dining room service was slow, but the food was good.

The property was good, well maintained, great location to Amtrak and the Pier . Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

I loved the property. The lobby and hallways and the room was clean. The one problem was that for $267 for a nights stay, I would expect better service from the staff. I messaged the front desk at 10:00 pm to ask for an additional pillow. At 11:00 pm I reached back out and was assured it was being handled and on the way. At 2:30, I again asked ur front desk and was again told they were working on it. I never got my pillow or a message explaining why. I expressed my dissatisfaction this morning and the day shift attendee was completely apologetic. I’m hoping this was just a one time thing with a staff member who obviously did not care about customer satisfaction. It put a bad taste in my mouth. I mean if I was staying at a $55 night hotel, then yes. But a $267 4 star hotel I expect better out of. Now besides this one thing not being handled properly I have no other complaints.
