“Excellent parking for rented vehicle. Grounds very well maintained. Nice and private. Good proximity to airport, without disturbance from aircraft noise. Short distance to town centre (5 minute drive). Central to all main places of interest. Must have own vehicle to get around, but local rentals are easy to access and quite inexpensive. Be prepared for intermittent disruption to hot water to rooms and lack of free WI-FI availability. Other options for internet connection available through a……

“Not much food choice and food and drink expensive. Main gripe is claim that 2 GB of Wi Fi provided. All gone after 1 day and they claim used it all and have to pay for more. Rubbish when only used to download paper and mail and average data use over 3 month period is consistently 1.2 GB.”

“Loved Norfolk Island, the location was good, amenities were good, pick up from airport, loan car waiting at Ocean Breeze Apartments, lovely view from our accommadation and the grounds were very well kept, just loved the whole package”

“I had room number 10 and looked out on a lovely garden and pine trees as far as the eye could see. There was a small table with attached chairs outside and one could make breakfast and sit in the sun looking at the view. The unit was really clean and the grounds are kept in excellent condition. There's a shop at the end of the road to buy groceries, but it only takes about 15 minutes to walk into the little town. There's a lounge area that guests can use which has coffee/tea facilities and books……

“Great location to the town, lovely having the brewery with the large deck to have a drink on whilst taking in the view. Downside for us was our bathroom impossible to have a shower without the bathroom being saturated - believe me we tried everything - could do with a shower screen.”

“Comfortable accommodation with washing machine and bbq along with full kitchen. Parking is not directly outside the room but either some steps away or down a ramp, so if raining umbrella is needed. Local mobile phone provided and wifi. TV reception was difficult but with the incredible view outside the room of Philip and Nepean islands along with historic area of Kingston why would you need it. Have stayed before and would stay again.”
