"We were overwhelmed with the service, staff, food, cleanliness and convenience of this property.
We retreated to Pensacola to avoid the major Ice Storm in North MS.
From the check in experience, through our check out, we were impressed.
A special shout out to Eve in the dining area/lounge—She made us feel like family—She constantly went out of her way to assure we were pleased with the morning and evening dining experiences.
I feel bad that I failed to get the evening chef’s name—Also, a truly remarkable and personable person. He even shared his special dessert that he was testing to add as a signature item for the menu.
The spread for the breakfast bar was far above our expectations as well as the menu choices and quality of the dinner experiences.
Hats off to the entire staff of this hotel—Your hospitality made us feel like we were welcomed and all accommodations were excellent.
