Communication with the host was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to inquiries. The property itself was exactly as described and was walking distance to OU. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of pots/pans/utensils, etc. However, the house was lacking dish soap and bath soap. Also, one bed only had a comforter but no sheets; another bed only had a fitted sheet and comforter, no top sheet. It was a convenient place to stay, but could have been better stocked.

This rental was perfect for a gameday weekend. The location is close to the stadium and plenty of restaurants but in a nice private neighborhood. The house is clean and has everything you need to feel right at home.

Brief, but restful stay

This house was perfect for our need. A place to rest. We were up for a tournament in Moore and this was close enough and we enjoyed being close the restaurants by OU. It was a cozy little place to unwind.

It was an awful experience - the home was dirty , blinds broken in the bedroom , filthy air vents , horrible water damage and mold , and killed a few bugs. I communicated with the landlord and he was very rude and accusatory of when i got there etc. (we were moving my daughter into a house for her junior year and came in and ate and left again and didn’t fully come in to the place until 10 pm when we noticed everything ) . I contacted and he accused me of “nitpicking”. My son and I wouldn’t shower it was so bad !!
