𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This spacious single-story Swedish villa/bungalow offers comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends. There are four bedrooms:
- two large rooms (12 m²) with double beds,
- one room (9 m²) with a double sofa bed, and
- one room (8 m²) with a bunk bed.
The large bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and changing table, plus there is a second toilet in the hall. The spacious entrance hall provides plenty of room for coats and shoes.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for at least 6 people, perfect for cooking and eating together. The living room is also spacious, with a cozy seating area, TV, and another dining table for at least 6 people, ideal for shared meals or games.
The property has a very large garden of 3,000 m² with plenty of privacy, a grill/barbecue area, and a veranda/patio with ample seating, perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the surroundings.
This villa combines typical Swedish style with practical layout and plenty of space, making everyone feel at home. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday, summer or winter, in a charming setting.
𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀
Guests have access to the entire villa/bungalow, so you can feel completely at home. Only one private storage room and the garage are not available. There is ample parking on the property for three cars, and a carport for one car is also available for guests.

For urgent matters during your stay, you will receive a mobile phone number prior to arrival. You can call or send a message. We are available to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The key to the property is stored in a lockbox next to the entrance door. Before arrival, you will receive a personal code for the lockbox, which is valid from the day of arrival until the day of departure. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to lock the house and return the key to the lockbox.
Before arrival, you will also receive the WiFi details (guest network name and password). Broadband WiFi is available throughout the property. In the living room, there is a smart TV connected to WiFi, allowing you to cast from your own device.
During the winter period, we kindly ask guests to use the entrance on the left side of the house. This entrance leads to a heated area where shoes can be put on and taken off and stored, helping to keep the house and floors clean. We also appreciate this during the summer.
𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔̊𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱
The property is located in Norrfors, in the municipality of Nordmaling, near the Gulf of Bothnia. The beach can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. The Lögdeälven River flows through Norrfors and is well known for recreational and sport fishing, with peak season for salmon fishing from late May through June and early July. During this period, the area attracts many fishing enthusiasts.
Close to the property is Svartforsen, a beautiful rapid that flows into a wider part of the river with a small sandy beach. Here you will find a public sauna, a barbecue area, and several picnic tables, surrounded by forest and nature.
From time to time, the neighborhood is filled with the smell of freshly baked bread from the local bakery. They supply bread and pastries to supermarkets and campsites in the region, and visitors are also welcome to stop by to purchase fresh baked goods.
The small village is surrounded by nature. In winter, there are several snowmobile routes leading to nearby villages and towards Nordmaling, Bjurholm, and Trehörningsjö. In summer, there are scenic hiking routes for both short and longer walks, as well as many lakes where you can swim and enjoy the peace and natural surroundings. A truly unspoiled and idyllic part of Sweden.

There is ample parking on the property, with space for 3–4 cars and a carport for one vehicle.
By car, Norrfors is easily reached via road AC 508 from Nordmaling or Umeå. Public transport is also available: bus lines 109 and 111 run from Resecentrum Nordmaling to Norrfors.
Umeå Airport is just over an hour away by car (via the E4 to Nordmaling and then AC 508 to Norrfors).
Several larger towns are nearby. Bjurholm is just over a half-hour drive and offers two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a kiosk, and a golf course. The nearest supermarket is in Trehörningsjö, about 20 minutes away, and the coastal town of Nordmaling is roughly 25 minutes by car.
