"We had a very pleasant stay here. The clean room was the first thing I noticed — everything felt fresh, tidy, and well maintained, which made settling in after a long trip so much easier. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check‑in was quick and smooth. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even during the warmest part of the day. "A very important thing to remember with this property is that it is managed REMOTELY. This is super important as you won’t be able to access the property until you receive a message from the remote manager given you the access codes . The property feels brand new . The beds are very comfortable and...

Hotel Carris Porto Ribeira

Hotel Carris Porto Ribeira

8/10 Good
"This hotel is in a great location right above the river near major sights. However, it’s in several buildings and it’s nearly impossible to navigate. We had to take two elevators and a ramp to our room. Lots of people were wandering around trying to get to and from breakfast. Signage is terrible . Lovely hotel but we were happy to leave after two nights."
