「Host had someone else staying on the third floor of the townhouse. Did not inform us until we arrived. Listing for the house said nothing about it.」

「The property was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the lack of communication from the host, Kyle. I had a bad feeling with his lack of communication a couple weeks before the trip. I asked him if there was any information I needed to know, and he said no. I asked him the day of my check-in if I was going to get a code for the front door, and he told me that Vrbo would send it to me automatically one hour before my rental. That never came. I tried to contact Kyle, and got no response, so I...

「Host was super helpful and generous. Would recommend for sure. 」

「Angie’s place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! 」

「House itself was very suitable for what we needed it for. Things were very nice inside and you can tell that it was freshly redone. The house wasn’t in the best part of town and we did have people getting loud outside at points of the night, which was the only complaint that I wish I would have known going in. Overall, it was a good experience though.」

「I rented this VRBO for my family and I for a family weekend in Augusta. This VRBO is unique, charming and had plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I was impressed with how quiet the VRBO and neighborhood were. The owner has made efforts to keep special touches like the stained glassed windows, reimagined church pews and lighting in the house. This space was perfect for our extended family! Of note, only one bedroom has a bathroom inside the bedroom. The other 4 bedrooms...

「We were just passing through to our final trip destination. Very cute home, very clean and comfortable for a night stay. We appreciated the ease in booking and being pet friendly.」

「Good location. Close to downtown Augusta and North Augusta. Older property with a couple of minor issues. Washer and dryer don't work and the coffee table had one leg that's shorter then the others. Host responded promptly to any issues.」

「Everything was fabulous. Really lucked out!」

「Still here!!! This place is amazing and I am booking my next stay already!!」

「Barbara was terrific! It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. She was quick to reply to questions and shared great information about places to eat near the house. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. 」

「Great house ..Great convenience to everything 」

「it was clean and very comftorable, I enjoyed the stay.」

「Great property. Accurate listing and central location. We planned on cooking a few meals so a better stocked kitchen would have been nice. Other than that, we had a great time.」

「This rental is great! So clean and chic and a great location to spend time in Augusta or North Augusta! We will definitely be renting here again. Very quiet neighborhood.」

「This property worked great for our family! It was really cute and we loved having three king beds. We were able to check in very easily and we all had space to get ready and get out of the house early for a nearby swim meet. The backyard was nice and the neighborhood was very cute and quiet. Communication was fantastic! We plan to stay again next time we need to travel for a meet.」
