Loved that it was pet friendly, and staff were very friendly. However, i found it musty in the room which aggravated my allergies. There were also stains in the (clean) sheets and i noticed mold in the bathroom grout.

The room we got is cramped because of how the furniture is organized. Nice to have a big tv, microwave and fridge. Wifi wasn't bad. The walls are thin so you might hear the people next door if they're loud. Convenient location, has a park across the street, gas station and fast food nearby.

I didn't like that it was not what was depicted in the photos and the price for this motel room was too high. Once we got there and wanted to cancel 2nd night we could not! There were no security locks on the doors. It appeared people are living in this motel on a full time basis. Not too impressed with it being on a booking website and not being what it says it is!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness. The beds are extremely comfy also. Would recommend to anyone!

I liked the nice service and had a good sleep. I thought the deposit was very high for a small hotel at 150 dollars, I have never paid that high of a deposit at any hotel or motel. Also there was a bit of a mix up, I booked 2 rooms through expedia, and then one room was with a kitchenette at a higher price than what I was given on expedia, so they gave me a different room, and they were supposed to cancel the other room with kitchenette with expedia so that I wasn't to be charged for that room, I hope that was done. Can expedia confirm that with me?

A friendly, inviting place to stay in North Bay

The staff were very friendly and provided me with anything I asked for. Ice...a real glass for my cocktail. The room was nice and warm when I got there and I was open to able two windows for some fresh air too. I slept really well - nice hot shower too. The next morning I had a Continental breakfast as well. I would stay there again, and the staff was really friendly.

Out dated and stained furniture. Bedding and curtains outdated as well. Unpainted wooden 2x4 support under bathroom countertop supporting it up. Obvious visual stains on all the cloth covered seats of the chairs in my room..

The room was clean and comfortabel, but the air condition was very noisy and had no effect. We switched it off! The breakfast was not sufficient, most guests didn't use it at all. On the other side of the street is a little park and a wonderful sandy beach. We had fine weather and enjoyed the beach until sunset. Therefore we never tested the pool.

The staff were accommodating and helpful however the room need tlc. Upon entering our room it was overpowering with room freshener. I spoke to the receptionist and she came and assisted, said we could have another room, however we had already brought our things in. The chair was badly stained, black marks on towels, no no slip mat for bath/shower. Only 2 pillows that were way too high. I asked for a lower pillow and they did give me one. It was also over priced compared to other motels we said in. I realised I left my mobile phone in the room and had to drive back and they were very honest and had it for us,.
