BEACHED - Step off the deck and onto the sand - 3BR Beachfront Beauty

'Beached' is a modern open-plan home on absolute beach front - right on the sand at beautiful North Beach! The house design makes the most of the stunning sea views from the kitchen, dining, family and main bedroom. Outdoor furniture is supplied for sitting on the large front deck watching the kids play on the sand, the sunset, or just the world going by. Should the beach views get monotonous then there is room to relax on the back deck and take in the scenery of the nature reserve with its sand dunes and native coastal vegetation.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. Tea, coffee, sugar and long life milk are provided or if you prefer a cappuccino or latte - North Beach Kitchen, is a short 300 metre walk away. Salt, pepper, cooking oil and cling wrap, foils, baking paper and barbeque liners are also there for your use. The dining table seats 6, but is extendable if you need the extra room. The pantry is not for guests' use but there is plenty of cupboard/fridge/freezer space for food supplies.

- Laundry; washing machine, detergent, iron, ironing board, cleaning products
- Toiletries - handsoap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided
- Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and off street parking

EXCLUSIONS:
- Sheets and towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own including a top sheet.
However, electric blankets (on queen beds only), quilts, pillows and extra blankets
ARE provided
- Garage is not for tenant use
- BYO firewood if you would like to use the wood combustion heater

A barbeque out the back, completes this wonderful home. Please consider the next guests though and clean the barbeque before you leave. (The cleaner charges an additional $80 fee should it need doing).

There are strictly no parties, functions or pets allowed at 'Beached' and bond will be forfeited if this ruling is not adhered to. This helps ensure our beautiful home is kept to the standard our guests should expect. There is a 3 night minimum stay policy for 'Beached.'

Great location and very relaxing stay. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable and good to have 2 bathrooms. Fireplace was an added bonus. Would gladly stay there again. Minor point in that the outdoor setting had low backs.

We just love staying at Beached! Location ✅ House ✅ Host ✅ The Beached is a clean, comfortable 3 bedroom house with a fantastic deck you can sit on to watch the kids playing on the beach right in front of you. It has everything you need from the kitchen, laundry, bedroom including toys/ outdoor activities for the kids to use. The North Beach Kitchen is a short stroll down the beach and the centre of town is not far away. You only need to take sheets and towels, everything else is provided! Carole is great to deal with and provides great information and clear instructions. A great place to switch off and relax with or without kids! Will definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd stay in this lovely holiday home. Absolute beachfront, just step off the back porch and you're on the beach! Fabulous views of beautiful north beach! Outdoor shower for washing off after being at the beach is great! The house is very clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed a 3 night getaway at this lovely beach house. There’s everything you need at the accomodation, I would recommend taking several towels per person as there is no clothes dryer. The host is lovely and quick to sort out any problems promptly. The location is sensational also the weather was perfect for a May stay. There are many great eateries, shops and sights to see in the region. I would highly recommend staying at this property ☺️

We loved the location, walked on the beach every day. The deck was wonderful, and the outdoor furniture was very appropriate and easy to store away. Great views when preparing food and eating meals at the table. We really enjoyed our stay, and the facilities were good, however a couple of suggestions that may improve the experience for future holiday makers. A can opener that works would be good. A mid-size knife to help in the kitchen. Thanks for letting us stay in your beach house, we really enjoyed Wallaroo and surrounds.
