Settled on 33 acres, this gorgeous farmhouse is 110 years old and has recently been renovated. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the vast, private foreshore abundant with wildlife including eagles, forty spotted pardalotes, black cockatoos, echidnas, wallabys, quolls, possums and bandicoots. Seals and dolphins can be spotted from the foreshore in season. A comfortable lounge and comfy beds, laundry, plunger coffee, WiFi, Smart TV and a fireplace create a warm retreat for families and couples. Guests can use the entire property but must not use the open fire in the main bedroom as the chimney is blocked off. The old barn and farm sheds are off limits for guests due to safety reasons. Please do not pat or feed the sheep. Your friendly host is available from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Please ensure you use your booking channel for initial contact before calling the mobile provided in your check-in message. This home is not on mains water and has a septic tank. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. There is fire-pit but it is not to be used during the Spring/Summer Season (Oct 1 - May 31st) The open fire in the main bedroom should not be lit. The chimney is blocked off. There are a couple of small dams on the property so guests with small children will need to supervise their children at all times. This is a natural area - snakes and spiders may be seen on the property.
