北卡罗来纳设有泳池的酒店

“Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia……

“This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes……

“Breakfast was nice. Parking was accomodating staff are great, pleasant and the our is clean i even signed up for membership. My first time ever to stay with Wyndham its always either hilton or Marriott ”

“No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines. Toilet seat would not stay up kept falling down. Air conditioner stopped working but repaired in a timely manner b staff. No information provided at check in about……

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”
