「I have to be honest and say I thought the area looked a little sketchy at first getting to the property but I was pleasantly surprised as we got closer and I felt safe in the area. It was a nice, convenient drive to the George R. Brown Convention center which was our reason for visiting the area. The only thing that I would say is if you are used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask as the bedroom is right by the front door and the neighbor's light was shining through...

「Stayed here to crash after our concert at House of Blues. So glad we chose this spot. Easy to get in, get out and uber fees were reasonable all-around downtown/Montrose area. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near downtown.」
