「Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit. 「As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it.」
