“This is the first time we visit Maldives as well as this resort. It’s not a big resort but like a small village. Staff are friendly and they could remember where you from and who you are (at least at room number). Don’t expect those “Sir” or “Madam”, as I believe they are trying to serve you like a friend from somewhere far away. We enjoyed the time in Veligandu with our overwater villa. They have 2 restaurants while I tried only the main one, which serve buffet in 3 time slot (breakfast,……

Transportation to Thoddoo was a little intense for the waves but since you arrive to the pier they are there waiting for you. You get a coconut once you are at the hotel since there everything is marvelous. If you really want to live the local experience of Maldives you definitely need to visit this island. Dont forget to try the papaya and mango juice.I love the papaya.”
