Charming Southern Cottage, Sleeps 6, Dog Friendly!

Recently renovated stylish 3-bedroom house to have fun with the whole family. Bring the furry friends to enjoy a large fenced in backyard, there is plenty of space to play corn hole, throw frisbees, start a bonfire or have a breakfast or dinner in the fresh air.
This charming home has 3 full bedrooms with closets and 2 full bathrooms. There is plenty of common space including a living room, a den with various sitting options, a kitchen with dining table seating 6 and a large backyard with an outdoor table.

We adore animals and have 2 dogs we travel with pretty much everywhere we go - so we welcome pups to stay as well as we welcome people.
You will find treats, bowls, poop bags and extra towels designated for dogs only in our little “Puppy Corner” by the side entrance, please feel free to use what you’d like.

The property is in an urban, diverse neighborhood. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.

It’s an older home with a couple of quirks:
1. Our driveway fits 4 vehicles total but has a bit of a steep curb so please use caution and slower speeds when driving up and down to not damage your vehicle.
2. All bedrooms have old school overhead lighting wiring, so regular light switches are not operational. Please use ceiling fan pull down strings to turn the lights or the fans on and off - all are labeled.
3. Our fireplace is beautiful yet needs a bit of work and has to be tested by us or a professional prior to constant use. We apologize deeply but please do NOT use!
4. We are constantly working on improving this house as it’s our home too. There are some work tools we keep in one of the kitchen cabinets and the shelves near the laundry room, please excuse us for leaving them there. We visit a lot and utilize them often.
