Immediate attention needs to addressed with this establishment concerning the guest rooms. The room we stayed in (231) had mold and mildew in the shower. The phone in the room did not work. The faucet around the sink had a leak and the guide on the TV stopped working. This is totally unacceptable. Those rooms should have been blocked from any guests staying there. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was aware of the situation, but made no attempts to place us in another room or fix the issues. I was coughing the entire time of my stay. I was not informed prior to making the reservations that there was a $50/day fee for incidentals. We weren't informed your room is cleaned every other day and we would have to inform the desk if we wanted our room clean. The tags you hang on the door for (i.e. sleep in) were not in placed in our room. When checking out, I asked the gentlemen when I would receive my refund. He informed me, we were going to be charged for parking at the hotel, and other incidentals that we were not informed prior to making the reservations or upon arrival. We are totally disappointed with the hotel situation and requesting a refund or some type of compensation. I would really like to attach pictures of the mold but it doesn't show that option
