This hotel for that money is perfect, they has two pools, hot tub, fitness room and such a beautiful foyer with stuffed animals for pictures. Room was clean, hotel need update, but for that price it is really good options, plus you have breakfast included, Staff very friendly.
Great experience with Emily at Check in. Property a bit dated but we like quirky. Breakfast was good, several selections available. We will definitely stay again.

The location is great - close to shopping. The rooms need updating. The light in the bathroom was very dim. The beds could use new mattresses.

Loved it.. very nice staff. needs updating but honestly it was clean, safe and affordable
We were not aware that the outside pool would be closed on 90 degree weather. The room was clean ish. The curtains were stained there was dirt and hair behind the toilet when we came in. We didnt have a trash can or even a trash bag in our room. The staff was very friendly but i was very disappointed about the cleanliness and the fact that my daughter was so excited to swim outside and it was closed.
Beautiful, quaint, comfortable hotel with a mountain charm. Love the lobby with the cozy seats and fireplace. Relaxing hot tub and pool. Big common area upstairs overlooking the parking lot and stores - great for reading, my daughter loved it and wants to come back. Great location, close to Hannafords, restaurants and shops.
This is a great space with a great value. It is no big frills, but it checks off a lot of amenity boxes - pool, fitness center, breakfast that has a nice variety of hot and cold items (and is different day to day), beautiful fireplace sitting area, nice sitting area if staying in the back part of the hotel, private balcony room was a plus! Staff were super friendly! Very accessible (walkable) to outlets and some nearby eateries. I would recommend for a solo trip, friends trip, family trip. They have a variety of room sizes/accomodations.
The staff were amazing and helpful. There is a beautiful lobby with a huge fireplace and plenty of space for guests to sit and chat, play a game, or just vibe after a day of skiing. Super relaxing. Nice full breakfast with plenty of options. Perfect location near everything. I'm glad we discovered it. Highly recommend!
The internet was spotty, and room could have been cleaner. Mostly a good experience.

Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Once I found my room, I through my bags in the room and immediately left to eat dinner, etc. When I returned I realized our AC barely functioned and we had one lamp working with the worst yellow lightbulb, could barely see anything. However, I did see what I think was dried up pepperoni on the floor. It was obvious they don’t triple check their cleaning. I politely went to the front where I was told they were sold out and couldn’t help. The woman working the overnight seemed to be very elderly and in my opinion it was a safety issue. She offered a dusty fan to bring to my room on a 80 degree night. I politely asked to be refunded and I would check out and find another hotel, which I did. I appreciate the no hassle once I wasn’t happy, but was disappointed it didn’t work out.
There is too much to write regarding this place. DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed in room 28, it was absolutely disgusting. From the blood stains & boot marks on the walls to the mold physically growing on the bathroom walls to the pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. This room was literally a bio-hazard and we asked to be moved & were told there was nowhere else to put us as they were fully booked for the holiday weekend. The mattresses have to be over 10 years old as you feel every spring possible, the headboard & dresser look like they are from the 1980's and the stank smell of mold overpowers the entire room. For the price this place charges, you would think the owners would invest in proper upkeep and required renovations but clearly they do not think that's a necessity. What a waste of time & hundreds of dollars to stay in such a slum. If we werent there for a family recreation, I would have walked out immediately and drove back the 3 hours to home. Please, do NOT stay here. It is a complete disaster
Nice stay at the Green Granite. Super close to all the action. The hot tub was perfect after a day of sub zero shredding the gnar. The toilet was fierce! It could easily eliminate an entire loaf of bologna. After the flush, it made a mega thump as if to open a portal to another dimension. Emily checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. She also tended a mean fire in the lobby!

When we first arrived at check in they had us in a wrong room style for what we paid for on Expedia but they quickly fixed that up for us. We loved being on ground level with drive right up it was so convenient when travelling with 4 small kids. The pools were a hit and the hot tub! Breakfast was good in the morning. One morning they had no milk for cereal and a few other things missing but the next day it was refilled up. One guy that was working breakfast our last morning down at breakfast was amazing he was so friendly. The rooms weren't super clean as far as the dust on all baseboards and dirt on the bathroom floor like in the gaps and corners. It just seems like maybe the housekeepers don't have time to do a "full" clean of rooms. The bed looked slept in when we arrived but it was just because the blankets weren't tucked in completely and pillows just thrown on the bed and the table and chairs were messed up as well and not set in right places so it just looked like someone was in there and left. It was a good stay though and decent price so we would probably stay again :) a they had free coffee available in lobby and it was Starbucks and very yummy. It saved us from running to Dunkin' because the coffee at hotel was better. The front desk lady also went out of her way to give my niece a birthday surprise and we all thought that was so nice!!! The lobby was beautiful with lots of space to sit and hang out with your group. We ate supper one night there.

Room need refresh, Not clean at all !
But fire place in the lobby it’s nice !
Okay, so I hope this is the most honest review for this place, I'll start with the good. Front desk staff was there past midnight for a very late check in, very friendly staff who do a great job explaining everything, free breakfast, not the worst hotel I've been to, honestly for the price and in a pinch you can't beat it. CRITICAL: cleanliness is not good, AC/heating unit did not seem to work, curtains were broken, you can see many places the room needs to be remodeled (chipped bathroom door paint, sizeable gap in hotel room door from outside, could use a bigger trash can.) Lastly when it comes to the breakfast, check the expiration dates, there were a few items that were expired. My overall conclusion: In a pinch this is a good place to stay a night. I wouldn't recommend a planned or vacation stay here though.
