We have stayed at this property several times, and love it! Its location is great, spacious and comfy. We also love the fire pit at night. We’ll be back next year!
We stayed a week and we really enjoyed our stay . We were close to everything ,house was very clean swell stocked with everything we needed we had a great time we would definitely stay again ! Propertyy manager was a great communicator .
We thoroughly enjoyed this place was easy to get to, it had far more room than we could have gotten at expensive hotels and it came with a full kitchen at a fraction of hotel prices. The beds were very comfortable, great WiFi, great water pressure & plenty of hot water ( 2 full bathrooms), the A/C was powerful, plenty of comfortable furniture to sit in, the washer/dryer were very convenient, the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were a plus, and the place was local to so many restaurants & attractions.
We'd definitely stay here again.
The house was nice, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, very close to alot of great place, esp Saco river which is why we stayed there. The Host was friendly and responded quickly, check in and out process was great also.
The location was great, within mins of all the shops yet far enough off the main road it was quiet, only draw back was it is in a dead zone for cell phone service that being said the wifi worked great so the no cell service thing really wasnt a big deal i would stay again
Wonderful Stay in North Conway - Highly Recommended!
I had a great time staying at this great property in North Conway and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is ideal, making it easy to get to and surrounded by a variety of great places to eat, many of which are just a short walk away.
The home itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere.
There are so many activities to enjoy in the immediate area, from hiking and outdoor adventures to shopping and exploring local attractions. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an active getaway, this place has it all.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return in the future.

Adequate but dated. Noisy dump trucks and Tri Axle trucks from business down the street.
Good place for pets
Cute Mobil home that provided all our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Was a nice bonus to have dish soap, hand soap, cleaning products, mosquito spray, bottled water, ice maker. Owner opened up a 3rd bedroom which we didn’t need, but was nice to have it for storage/quiet space. Owner of property was extremely communicative and available in a timely manner with any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely stay here again.
This is an older single wide- it’s not “updated “ or anything fancy- similar to a hunting/ fishing accommodation but we just wanted a place with clean sheets and a hot shower that was dog friendly. The location was great- heart of N. Conway and 15 minutes to Attitash. Not a lot of extra fees and reasonable cost. Great communication. The one thing that bothered us was the overwhelming foul smell from the water- it resolved after a day or so and was likely from the hot water heater as it had probably sat for a while. It’s a 3 BR not 2- which was perfect for our family.
The location was absolutely perfect. It was in the center of everything. Many reviews mentioned it was dated, but I didn't mind at all ,as it was clean, and had everything we needed.Owner was very nice also.Would definitely book again
We had been renting our weekend getaways at the same place for years, but price increases over the past two seasons forced us to look for an alternate. Jon's place is situated on a quiet road just off the main drag, and is perfect for anyone looking to be active in the region. The home shows some signs of its age, but it is affordable, clean and comfortable. Being pet friendly was a huge plus too. We hope to return later this year.
The location is excellent. The inside of home is as described. Nice living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Had many things needed. Kitchen well stocked, linens on beds, towels to use for bathrooms. Dated but clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only drawback for us was the outside. Lawn was at least a foot tall. There's a fire pit but would have to sit in tall grass to use. Out back messy to bring dogs out so we crossed street and went to train tracks. I would go again though for the location and comfort of the mobile home. Also, owner very helpful and responds quickly.
