The condo was the perfect size for our extended family—in NH for a family wedding. It did seem a bit neglected—everything a bit dusty and dated. Carpet in the downstairs bedrooms could use a good cleaning as could the kitchen. The back deck and screen porch were really dirty with only a small metal table and 3 chairs. The pool area was really not great. No chairs or lounges—just a small unheated pool with cement deck. It met our need for sleeping options for 10 people but it could be nicer with a little attention to cleaning and upkeep.
