Sunday Slopes - Game Room + Central Location!

We have three separate gathering spaces for adults, teens, and kids! The lower level will be great for watching a big game or hosting family fun nights- competing in shuffleboard, foosball, connect four, air hockey, or Pac-Man. Outside has a screened porch with a dining table and a spacious deck with outdoor lounge furniture. You will also have access to our community pool and skimobile trails, included with your stay! Each socializing space has its unique charm: the main living room has a fireplace, big screen smart TV and plenty of natural lighting. The loft is a fan favorite with the kids, as they have their own private space to hang, while the lower level is the perfect teen lounge spot. NEW 2024 ductless AC units have been installed throughout the home!

Socializing is great, but sleep is too! There are plenty of beds for everyone – we sleep 12 in six sleeping areas! A mix of twin beds, full beds, queen beds, and a king – means singles and couples are all easily accommodated. 3 full baths round out the accommodations.

Sunday Slopes is an excellent location - close to amazing outdoor fun – hike, bike, ski, or swim. Walk to dozens of outlets, eateries, and activities – all that North Conway has to offer. As a plus, enjoy the association’s direct access to snowmobile trails in the winter, and our community in-ground pool in the summer.

Many ski areas are within 20 minutes: Mount Cranmore, Attitash, Bear Peak, Black Mountain and more. Check out Echo Lake with beaches, picnic tables and grills. Head over to the Saco River for tubing. Hiking is all around you: meander around Pudding Pond, climb Cathedral Ledge, traverse Thompson Falls – and so much more.

We also have a new sushi place, Sushki, at the bottom of our hill, as well as a 99 and 110 Grill that’s a quick walk away.

Cigar Shenanigans is a cigar bar within walking distance, as well as Sea Dog Brewing Company. The O Club is also nearby, which is filled with pool tables and dart boards- it’s the latest opened bar in the area, closing at 1am on weekends. They’re all 0.6 miles away, so about a 10-12 minute walk.

Amenities:

-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.


Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee helps cover the basics—fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a sparkling home for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care, as the fee doesn’t cover heavily stained linens, excessive messes, or damages. Extra charges may apply in those rare cases.

Pet Fee

We love welcoming dogs into our home! The pet fee allows your pup to join your stay comfortably. To keep the home fresh for all guests, we ask that pets stay off beds and furniture as much as possible. The fee doesn’t cover large amounts of pet hair on multiple surfaces, so additional cleaning charges may apply if needed. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet’s waste outside of the home as well. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and cozy for everyone!
