「We love the cottage, and I love the swimming pool. There were one or two glitches with the system during our stay (hot water problem) but I think they were dealt with quite promptly. I did find I received rather too many emails for my liking….no need to remind me about rubbish disposal so many times, thank you! But we would happily come back to Cranmer Cottages again」

We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. 「Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable...

「We have visited Cranmer holiday cottages 3 times now as we just love it so much. We feel instantly relaxed as soon as we arrive! The last stay we booked for three nights and ended up extending for another 3 nights as we just didn’t want to leave! The cottage is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. We came with our two young children and they loved the pool and vast amount of outdoor space. It has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, and Becci & the team ensure everything is...

Our entire family absolutely loved the pool, which was always spotless and perfect temperature. My son looked forward to swimming in the bubbles (the water jet) at each swim session! 「Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead.
