“There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. ”

“Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! The place is decorated well, good appliances, comfortable seating and clean. Also equipped with supplies such as shampoo, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper, big fluffy towels and even a……

“Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. In the upstairs master, you cannot hear the TV downstairs. Great onsite hosts.
