The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! 「Apartment was in a good location. Cute. As pictured. Wonderful access to shops, restaurants, and bars. It sits above a karaoke bar that is LOUD until 2am on the weekends (not sure about weekdays). Would recommend, if you are a heavy sleeper. Communication was good. Directions were clear. Our early check in request was accommodated. We loved Hartford and West Hartford. 」
