“We’ve stayed at this lovely property two years in a row and plan to visit again in the future. The host is so lovely and helpful, but is not at all intrusive. The view of the ocean is wonderful and it is fun to watch the boats going to and from the harbor. There is a family of eagles that make regular appearances. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need, coffee maker, blender, even a springform pan! We had a lovely evening watching the full moon rise while sitting around a fire in the……

“We were blessed to snap up a last minute cancelation at Whale of a View cottage. It was our first time staying on Campobello and we were not disappointed. While the cabin hasnt been updated recently it is clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds, tire swing and hammock. We all enjoyed the screened porched and smores around the fire pit. “Everything was exactly as advertised. Location and cabin are excellent. We saw bald eagles and porpoise from the deck. We did a whale watch and saw 3 humpback whales. My only suggestion would be a larger tv in the living room ”

“The check in was so easy and the place was amazing. I went with my 2 grandchildren ages 5 and 8, we all loved the cottage and view of the ocean. The owners have so much history of the cottage and campobello, i really enjoyed tje reading materials and all the items in tje cottage that are old or new with so much history of the island..the first night we had this amazing sunset, the picture i posted is untouched..i would love to go agaim next summer.
