Nestled on a spacious 3-acre lot with an impressive 220 feet of shoreline, this cottage offers the ultimate privacy.

This cottage is a haven of relaxation and recreation. Enjoy clean, crystal-clear swimming and revel in tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. The extensive decking and charming guest house complete the experience, making this property a true gem.

Step inside, and you'll find an inviting open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with sliding glass doors that beckon you to the outdoors. Every room on this level offers stunning views of the surroundings. Additionally, there's a great sunroom with its own sliding door leading to the deck.

The main floor features a large cedar sauna, a separate shower with a glass door, and a conveniently located washroom.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom awaits, featuring a three-piece ensuite with elegant glass-paneled walls and a luxurious soaker tub perfect for unwinding.
Two additional bedrooms and a well-appointed four-piece washroom complete the second floor.

The expansive deck around the main cottage features glass railings and seamlessly connects to the guest house. The guest house boasts its own deck with glass railings, a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, and a four-piece washroom.

A series of stairs and a boardwalk, approximately 95, lead from the main cottage and guest house, to the lakefront and a spacious dock. You'll find a canoe, stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and two paddle boats at your disposal. The dock also has a swim ladder, and the water at the shoreline gradually slopes from about 3 feet deep to approximately 18 feet deep at the end of the dock, providing ideal, weed-free swimming conditions.
Lots of space here for enjoying the day lakeside!

Adjacent to the cottage, you'll discover a flat, grassy area along with a wood-fired pizza oven and a charming eating area. There's also a rear deck for added convenience.

At this tranquil and secluded setting, you'll enjoy unparalleled views while relaxing in comfort. Carraig Álainn truly offers a slice of paradise for those seeking a memorable getaway!
