「I'm ADA challenged and had ADA shower seating collapsed hurt myself a little. Commercial Leader Parker Crouse who sit up the ADA seat for indicated he sit it up properly. However seat still collapsed and when I inspected it closely saw that safety pin wasn't engaged. I believe that is why ADA seat collapsed. I did take pictures, don't know how to attach. I will be traveling back home today 9th of December 2025, have medical appointment the 10th, will go from there. 」

「Very clean, modern with nice staff. Breakfast was very minimal. Some cereals, bagels, fruit, muffins and hard boiled eggs. A little different than breakfast choices we’re used to at similar hotels, but overall great experience. 」
