"Instantly greeted at the door by friendly staff. The lobby is so lovely, set out with flowers and a drinks/sweets cart Even though we were in a standard room, it was so spacious and comfortable."

"Great hotel with a great view. Restaurant downstairs was pretty average, fairly high prices for basic food, but nonetheless, everything was great. I had a really great time at this hotel with a nice view of the London bridge. Just FYI, the hotel is under the London Bridge. There’s a staircase you have to take to get there if you are walking from the train station. It was pretty hard for me to find it, but after a couple tries, we managed."

"Staff there to support check in or out. Fantastic location in the centre of the city, perfect for theatre land and exploring the capital. Cacoon room works so well, it's extremely peaceful despite everything going on around the location. Would be very happy to stay again "
