「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. 「The place is nice but the downside is the shower area is clogged the whole time and I saw a roach in the bathroom. They need to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Good breakfast though it would be nice if they offer more variety. Good place to hang out with good amenities like pool table and karaoke. The pool is nice and clean.」

「The resort itself was very nice. They are currently adding a new building at the front, so you have to drive through the construction area, but it will be even nicer once this is completed, along with the second swimming pool being built.」

「Beddings not comfortable, no 」

「I booked the incorrect property in an opposite direction that i was traveling and contacted the staff immediately after, but they refused the cancelation. My fault at first sure, but they should give a refund if you aren't staying there.」

「Mr. Davidson was very great host . He goes over and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. The house is so spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs is one of the beat attribute of this place. Great food and very nice chefs!! We will definitely coming back to this and I already telling my friends to use it when they are in Bauang」

「Descent」

「The property was closed due to a typhoon in 2025. The hotel issued me as reservation anyway. If I had paid in advance I would have lost my money. Do not reservation this place. It is closed. And they still take reservations and your money. A rip off a scam.」
