IThis is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Enjoy a relaxing beach getaway at Angel Oak Retreat, a three-bedroom, 3 bathroom, vacation home in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. Located only 0.2 miles from the beach, around a 5 minute walk, this inviting home is also in close proximity to several golf courses. Those grass stains from a day on the golf course are no match for the in-house washer and dryer! After a long day, cool off in the 11x23 outdoor pool or have a drink on the screened in porch. The exterior also features an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from the beach.Inside the home you'll find wood and tile flooring throughout and a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room and each bedroom have a TV and Wi-Fi, so you can enjoy a movie in the privacy of your own room. Please note there is no grilling allowed on the premises.Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.

No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
