South Shore Villas was built in 2005 and is one of the most exclusive oceanfront condominium buildings in North Myrtle Beach. This beautifully decorated, 3 bd, 3 ba, oceanfront unit comfortable sleeps a total of 8 with 2 kings, 2 queens.

Located at 1401 South Ocean Boulevard in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Shore Villas features 63 luxury condos, all of which are direct oceanfront with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This unit features a large oceanfront balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with seating, a full size washer & dryer in the unit, Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, high speed internet access, and flat screen TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms.

The condo had plenty of space and storage. Pools were great. Beach was awesome but you do have to get out early to set up umbrellas if you bring them.

Hang out during Debby!

Overall very good! We were there during Tropical Storm Debby! We enjoyed having a clear view of the ocean. surf and pool areas. The parking was ample and covered which was great! We There was great shopping and foods. condo had been recently painted. The kitchen was lovely with abundante stemware and cookware! Our first moly concern was with the thoroughness of the cleaning staff. Thanks again!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Had a great time in this condo. Pool area was fantastic as well as beach access. We lucked out and had a perfect week weather wise. Condo was clean and everything in working order. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot, but the Keurig worked great.

Great location, nice parking deck, less crowded beach. The condo is great. The cleaning service needs to spend more time cleaning. It looked like a rush job. Toys behind bathroom door, towels in bathroom floor and sticky kitchen floor.

Disappointed

We have been renting units at MB for years. This one was extremely disappointing. The communication was rather frank and rude. It said no pets and no smoking yet the owner has dogs and the entire unit smelled like it. We have allergies in the family. And when it was addressed it basically didn’t matter we were told the owner was allowed and it was our responsibility to ask that?! Seriously. Most units will advise if they(the owner) have any animals. Or we could vacate the premises like it was a possibility to find a unit in a days notice during busy season. So that was just a way to cover their butts in our opinion. The floors were filthy. Our feet would get dirty on the bottom. The tv in two of the rooms didn’t work. One was figured out but the other we just didn’t bother with. The one good thing was that the kitchen was fully stocked with food equipment. The set up was nice but it really needs cleaned. Dishes were left behind in the dishwasher as well. We still enjoyed our family time together in MB even if some had to sleep on balcony due to dog. The communication was like pulling teeth. We had to ask the same thing over and over until we would get a response to the actual question so that jt appeared we were the pushy ones. A simple answer the first time and an apology about the dog instead of blaming us would e been appreciated and expected for what we paid. It was a shame to say the least but you make the best out of an impossible me situation and always make lemonade

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with South Shores Villas condo 605. The condo was very nice and clean. It was great for our three small children. The pool and lazy river were a hit! It was very convenient to get to the beach with the children. We will definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience with a few minor issues like no batteries in remotes or fire detector which was left on the kitchen counter sans the battery, vertical blinds def need to be replaced as we found numerous fallen slats in the closet leaving gaps in the blinds when closed, coffee maker is over 10 years old but other than those things the condo was in good shape.
